Heartsaver CPR classes are designed for anyone needing to be certified in CPR for work purpose, and/or just for personal interest. Includes Adult, Child and Infant CPR, use of an AED, as well as how to save people of all ages from choking. Appropriate for Teachers, Coaches, Fitness instructors, and certain allied Health professionals. Also appropriate for Daycare workers, baby sitters, and Nannies.
There are TWO parts to the Heartsaver CPR/AED Online with Skills Check course:
- Part 1 Online at your home or office:(aprox 1.5hrs) This is a series of self-paced online modules followed by the written test You can get started right now by visiting www.onlineaha.org and paying $25.50 to The AHA.
- Part 2 skills session (30 mins.-1hr) Practice and skills testing.This session normally begins 1 hour prior to one of our classroom-based courses. $49
Many students enjoy the ease of accessing their course material from their home or work computer and then attending a 30 minute hands-on Skill Check session rather than a 2 hour class. The course completion card for the online course is identical to the card for the classroom course.This method is for those seeking a renewal CPR/AED Certification.
This method of study/testing is not recommended for those taking the class for the first time (initial) Either register with us now, or wait until you have completed the online portion.
Remember to print out your course completion certificate and bring with you to the skills session appointment.
